The staff are alert and efficient. The range is impressive. Ladies can find corsets, good quality denim skirts and fairy-like skirts here. With the aid of a particularly helpful store assistant, I found a gorgeous golden chain top. I am traveling and I will return to the shop again before I depart. Highly recommended.

Most delightful shop. Even better customer service. Alex knew the look I was chasing. Showed me various accessories that matched. I would highly recommend this store if you're looking for something out of the ordinary. Keep up the great work guys. ☺️☺️☺️

A staff member sold me a Priest costume already worn and used, the collar is browny and there are stains all around, in the meantime I was assured that was only tried, but obviously that’s not the case.I asked for a refund but the waiting time would be over 15/20 minutes and the staff member was very rude, so I decided to keep it.I reckon that the customer should be aware of the status of the item and the staff should’ve at least apologise and not be rude instead.Poor customer service, I won’t advise at all.

Great range of clothing, costumes & accessories. Excellent service and an extremely helpful staff member (Chelsea) helped me with corsettes and fairy wings. Will definately be back

I wish you could give no stars.I Ordered and received a different item to what I ordered so I contacted hurly burly they were very apologetic and promised to send the correct item.Since then I have not received the correct item and they have failed to communicate or answer any correspondence. It’s going two months since I ordered and I am now fighting for my money to be refunded.Do not buy from this business!UPDATEI have heard from the new general manager who has promised a refund.It is a shame that it took this review to get a response but happy that it hopefully will be resolved now.

When I found this place online, I was scared they were to good to be true... But, yesterday I went in-store and spent hours here and I'm blown away!! This is now my new favourite clothes shop, I will definitely be back again.... And again and again and again.I couldn't even focus because I just wanted to look at absolutely everything.Plus everything was perfectly reasonably priced. Finally a shop that caters to my style, I wish I had found them sooner.Every staff member was super super super helpful, friendly and welcoming.I felt super comfortable trying corsets for the first timeAlso, I was especially shocked at the amazing quality and price of the wigs!!
