I’ve visited a few times for a couple different events and they’ve always been able to help and find unique pieces and put together new ideas with me. It’s my first stop for any costuming, accessories needs and just a creative little playground for me

The staff are alert and efficient. The range is impressive. Ladies can find corsets, good quality denim skirts and fairy-like skirts here. With the aid of a particularly helpful store assistant, I found a gorgeous golden chain top. I am traveling and I will return to the shop again before I depart. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service, quick turnaround and great product.All items were delivered on time and the quality of the garments is also really good. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! This shop has a VERY strict exchange policy (which I was unaware of) and will not budge even if your family has been hit with Covid and adheres to the safe policy of staying home to stop the spread! I was 5 days past this 30 day policy and wasn’t allowed to exchange the shoes I bought for my daughter for the next size up, even after emailing the manager and explaining our situation. I didn’t want a refund, just an exchange for the very same shoe! I have never left a google review before but was so disappointed at the lack of customer service and understanding, especially when shopping local, that I wanted to warn others. Don’t get caught out like me!!

Absolutely atrocious customer service from this busines at every point of interaction.The staff member was not helpful at all in assisting to find what I was looking for. I witnessed her being short with her responses and plain rude to other customers also in the store.Hours on Google were incorrect and I was made to feel like I was in the wrong as a result of this when she felt the need to leave a blunt or bordering on rude voicemail message telling me she was in fact open, dispite Google hours saying otherwise. She told me to return the item by Thursday, which was always the agreement.I went in store today to return the items as per our agreement and she had the audacity to charge a late fee because I couldn't make it the day she called. Her tone did not change when my card declined and she began to play on my embarrassment.Will NEVER be coming back to this business and I will be sure to share this experience with EVERYONE

Beautiful store selling all kinds of mythical decor, miniature items, crystals and unique high quality jewellery. (My rings are (clear) a year and a half and (green) 6 months old)

This was the first time I took a balloon (number 4) to blow it with the Helium gas.I didn't do my homework before. He charged me $15 just to blow one number 4 balloon.I fill like I have been assulted. His attitude was even worse than the price.I don't recommend tgis shop to anyone.

As a Wedding & Events Planner here in Perth I am very choosy about who we hire from. I found the service from the New Management to be 110% and quality of the items in very good condition. I highly recommend using them for your party hire needs.

I went in for a tiara and ended up having the best afternoon browsing around and trying things on. The shopkeeper, I didn’t catch her name, was awesome she was so helpful and made the experience truely special. I will be coming back for any costume needs!
